For all CrystalMatching jewelry, we offer a "15 Day Satisfaction guarantee" on all jewelry purchased at www.crystalmatching .com. You have 15 calendar days (from the date you received the item) to return the bracelet. For refunds, we accept goods sold from our website without any traces of use. Once the package arrives, we will refund it in full (minus a $10 replenishment fee for each jewelry). Your refund will be credited to the same payment method you used for the purchase.
Please note that since we sell custom products, there is no legal refund obligation. However, we want our customers to be 100% satisfied, which is why we offer a "15-day satisfaction guarantee"!
Return goods
We recommend shipping your returned items via an insured "signature required" shipping method. Please email support@crystalmatching.com for refund inquiries.
Additional information
International orders (i.e. orders outside of Europe) are responsible for overseas shipping costs, as well as all freight costs incurred, VAT and import surcharges for all exchanges and refunds. (Be sure to contact us before returning the item and we will help you avoid these fees)
