Shipping Times & Carrier:

Orders form CrystalMatching generally ship within 2-4 business days of the order being placed. We do not ship on the weekends or holidays. Packages are sent via USPS First Class mail, Priority mail, Fedex or DHL. 

Free Shipping Threshold:

Free shipping only applies to orders over $95 AFTER discounts are applied. (US orders Only)

International/Canadian Shipping:

  Orders Ship within 2-4 Days and should arrive within 7-21 days depending on Customs and Freight Delays using DHL or other International Carriers. All Shipping Costs, Customs Duties, and VAT Taxes are paid by you at checkout. No fees will be collected when order is delivered.
